Why is this being discontinued?

This product is wonderful! I have been using it for years! This is the only liner that works under my bottom lashes. Hopefully you will reconsider discontinuing this product!

It won't be change the star from a 1. This is a 5 Star product. This eyeliner has been the best I've used in years! I've ordered ever since I discovered it. Please please don't let this go away. I need to have black.

Precise eye liner, easy to use!

These microliners are a wonderful product. they all for a very precise line and are easy to use. I would buy this over and over again. I like the navy and the gray, but would guess they all are terrific!

Best Eyeliner I've Ever Used - LOVE the Navy Colour!

This is the best, least complicated eyeliner I have ever used. It goes on super controllable and in a thin line, allowing you to build the look you want, subtle or dramatic. The super thin crayon does not crumble (unless it's really old, so if it crumbles new, bring it back for exchange). It goes on easily, you do not have to tug your eye trying to put it on. The colour is deeply pigmented. It stays on - and in place - all day or all night (evening touch up suggested). And it comes in navy blue - the BEST colour for blondes or fair-skinned or "I used to wear black but now I'm getting older and losing some pigment, so black is too harsh" (like me). It would look great on anyone (all skin tones) who looks good in black liner, but for those of us for whom black no longer looks good, but still want an eye with emphasis, this is AMAZING! Please don't ever stop making this!!! Thank you!

Got red burning swollen eyes from this pencil

My eyes reacted pretty badly to this pencil. When I applied the pencil it felt somehow uncomfortable and as the time passed it got worse. The next day my eyes were red, swollen and burning. I didn't use it since then and today I tried again and exactly the same reaction. Never happened before with any other pencil or eyeliner, even when I was wearing contacts, which is not the case now. Otherwise I am using Shiseido Benefiance creams regularly for over 20 years and I'm satisfied with them.

The product is fine, but maybe not the best for me; I'll have to try it for a bit longer.
