Stopped auto IQ

I bought this 3 weeks ago, and the auto feature stopped working. It was nice when it cycled through the wrap, heat, and cooling by itself. I’m disappointed that the auto feature no longer works. I expect more from a brand as reputable as Dyson. The tool otherwise works well.

Verify wiring first…

I can’t use it. It keeps tripping the gfi and has also fried the wires on a different outlet. And the attachments don’t fit the other air wraps so I’m out of luck on using anything that has to do with this purchase. It was a total waste of money.

I had the original version and got the newest version for Christmas. Totally worth it!!! Dries faster without heat damage, curls stay multiple days… can’t express how much I love the airwrap

Increasible Hair Dryer!

got it for christmas and i really like it. it took a little bit to figure out but it was easy after i figured it out. it makes the different styles so easy to do.

Make sure your wiring can handle it

There is not one outlet I can use it on at my apartment. It keeps tripping the fuse and it actually fried the wires inside of one outlet.

Worked well…one time

Used it 3x and it stopped working. Had to send it back. Very disappointing.

Defective item

I purchased this item about a week and a half ago, and after only the second use it stopped working completely. Now the product is sold out. I’m very disappointed—this item is expensive, and for it to break so quickly is unacceptable. I will be returning it, but paying this amount of money for something that becomes defective almost immediately is very frustrating.

Best hair tool ever!

This is my second Dyson air wrap. My first Dyson lasted 8 and I finally decided to upgrade to the new one. It is worth every penny!! I have long, thick, naturally wavy/frizzy hair. The Dyson is the only tool, and I’ve tried a lot, that has given me a professional styled blow out that lasts for days! My hair holds water pretty well after washing. Before with a standard dryer it would take me about 30/40 mins to dry my hair then would have to use a straightener to smooth and style afterwards. With the Dyson start to finish, drying and styling all with one tool I’m done in 30 mins with smooth blow out hair and soft bouncy curls that will last me about 3/4 days! The new version, the button design and placement is better than the original and the attachments all work great for my hair for any way I want it styled. I get more compliments on my hair from strangers than anything else, haha. Well worth the investment!!

Great and versatile

Creates a nice smooth blowout without feeling like you need a stylist or 3rd hand to get the job done. Leaves my 2B hair very smooth without frizziness. The curling attachments give very bouncy curls. Curl longevity is similar to a curling iron on my hair type. I haven't tried the straightening attachment yet, but I'm loving the others so far.

Get one! Just do it!

So worth the money! Like all my Dyson products!! Love the more powerful Coanda effect and the ID technology is wicked cool!
