Not What I Expected

I have to be honest, I’m very disappointed with this purchase. For $60, I would expect the brush to be boxed. It literally was in a plastic sleeve. And the brush has an odor. Maybe it was someone’s return?? It’s going back.

This was a replacement of the same brush from over 10 years ago. Great quality- would definitely recommend Worth the price

Save your money!!

I have had this brush for about 2 years and since I purchased it bristles have been falling out. Every time I use it I end up with bristles all over my face! Not acceptable for the price!

Sooo worth it!!

I absolutely love this brush!!! It’s super soft and perfect blush brush! I’m going to stock up on this brush! I haven’t noticed any shedding and it picks up blush very well and so soft on my skin! Can’t wait to order another!

this dumb brush

I hate how much I love it. I use it every day and I've had it for 5+ years. it looks brand new. the bristles are still aligned and theres no fall out at all. the brush distributes color beautifully. it is a good weight. the handle is long and large enough that it feels ergonomic in the hands. I'm so mad that my boyfriend paid 60 dollars for a single brush. I'm even madder that this is literally the best blush brush I've ever used and that it is worth every penny.

NO NO NO

Well, if you ever get one that DOESN'T SHED and break at the tip then go for it. Just depend on it lasting about a year, and that's even with proper cleaning and drying.

Didn’t like it

The 3 stars are strictly to acknowledge the high quality of the bristles and well balanced weight of the brush. Having said this, in my experience the brush held too much product which made for an awkward application. It doesn’t diffuse colour evenly, it lays it down to the spot of contact. Perhaps the bristles are too densely packed? Perhaps it’s my technique? This item is the only Bobbi Brown product that I haven’t loved or even liked.

Not quality

Blush is the #1 makeup item I am never seen without. I love a good pop of color when I'm going for a bolder makeup look; being fair-skinned, I always need a little something to avoid looking sickly (gotta love the 'you feeling ok?' if I am caught without it! Haha). When I purchased this brush it was because I sought out the best tool to apply my top-priority product. I was disappointed and kind of shocked by the amount of shedding from first use. I gave it some time thinking it needed a break-in period or something, and ultimately held onto it because it did a decent job of applying product evenly and precisely, in spite of the trail of wiry black furs left behind almost every time I use it. So embarrassing to find one stuck to my cheek or on my chin after I've had a morning full of meetings – now I find myself compulsively checking and rechecking for furs before leaving the house! What this brush does get right: it's light weight, it's the perfect brush shape allowing for the type of application I want for lots of products and colors, and I just like the simple and classic design. The brush fibers, though... I would have thought it was a knockoff if I didn't purchase it in person at a Sephora store. The brush head is prickly after losing density, requires really frequent washing because it holds product (I'll admit I'm not the best at brush upkeep so the constant maintenance is annoying), and has also frizzed out from basic use and maintenance. I expected a lot better from Bobbi Brown considering their amazing line of blushes, as well as comparing it to my BB eyeshadow brush I bought around the same time that is lovely and soft and still feels brand new.

Worth the Investment!

I was very skeptical that this would be worth the price, but I have to say that I love it! I have the Bobbi Brown eyeliner brush that I have been using for 10 years, so I know the quality is there with these brushes. Bristles don't shed. I love the shape of the brush and how it applies the product. It gets just the right amount of product and blends the product really well. I use both pressed and loose blush with this brush, and it handles both of them wonderfully. I am totally a believer in this brush!

Best Blush Brush

I'm no make-up expert, but I've tried a few brushes, and this is the best one at depositing the right amount of color and diffusing it in perfectly on the cheek. Everything else feels streaky after using this brush. The bristles don't break and it hold up well to cleaning.

Bobbi Brown brushes are the bomb! But I am not quite sure about my feelings about this brush. Since I love Bobbi Brown brushes, I still gave it a 4 star. It's a smooth brush, I use it for my blush and a few times, I tried to use it as a contour. I'm trying to figure out the best way to use this brush lol I thought that I can just sweep smoothly on the cheeks; but with this brush, I have to press on my skin. I still like it though. Lately, I'm liking the Hourglass brushes. So I'll compare which ones better :)

I want a refund

I was willing to pay for a good blush brush. I read good reviews on this one and decided to splurge. That was a mistake. I have to constantly clean little brush hairs off my face after application. I don’t know what happened to the bristles but it has caused irritation on my face from the sandpaper that apparently replaced the brush hairs. Don’t waste your money on this one.
