Loveeee it, last all day and perfect shade (Ivory) my new favorite foundation!

Not a keeper. Shade is not true to description.

Shade light beige turns orange after dry down. Also this new version has a very typical old-school foundation smell iykyk. I prefer the old TF born this way matte foundation. This is not a keeper at this price point.

Perfect every day foundation

Matched my skin perfectly, smooth application, buildable, doesn’t separate and leaves my face looking beautiful. I have been searching for a new foundation for over a year and finally found this gem.

The Best!

I tried other foundations but this is the only one that works on my sensitive combo skin. First, ever since I switched to this, I no longer break out. Second, this is the only non-drugstore foundation that doesn't turn my skin orange. It is also the only one foundation that matches my medium Southeast Asian skin (my shade is Natural Beige). I do have to set this with a powder, but so far because of the above reasons, I haven't found anything that replaces this. I hope Too Faced carry this forever!

Change back to old formula!!

The old formula was the best foundation ever! I would wear it all day and have zero transfer and it never got oily. The new one transfers on to everything and gets so oily it literally glides off my face after just an hour of wear, it is terrible and my skin isn't even that bad for oils, but this product brings them all to the surface. Please change the formula back it used to be so good!

Hate this foundation! Loved the old formula - best foundation I ever used and so long lasting! This doesn't come close. Looks patchy and clings to dry patches. Doesn't last all day. Gutted. Bring back the old matte foundation, it was flawless

Must have!!

Havent given a foundation 5 stars in years! This foundation I have even bought back up of! Such an amazing product. I can use it for everyday or full coverage events! Looks amazing on skin. Hard to describe

Waste of money. Wrong shade and drying.

I bought this foundation and a concealer, I used the 'try it on' option for both and the shades I picked matched perfectly in the camera. The model who was pictured wearing those shades also shared my skin tone (fair with rosy/pink undertones), the model even has my hair colour (ginger). I was so confident buying these. Well, they arrived and they are nothing like my skin tone or how they looked on the website. The undertones are more orange than pink. They look ridiculous on me. They're also cakey and drying, so even if the colour match was right, I'd be disappointed.

Does not in any shape or form compare to the original matte

I have no idea why Too Faced decided to discontinue the matte foundation and bring this soft matte foundation. I have been wearing the matte foundation since they launched and had no complaints. Always got complimented on my foundation and always recommend the matte foundation. This soft matte foundation does not in any way shape or form compare to the matte foundation, this is thick and cakey looking and does not control oils. In my opinion the soft matte foundation is below standard compared to the matte foundation. Why change something when the formula was perfect. I now have to look for another foundation from other brands. Previously I never considered going to other brands because the matte foundation was superb. I think Too Faced was trying to be competitive, but have just lost another long standing customer with this awful soft matte foundation and will continue to lose customers with this foundation. Please listen to your customers and bring back the original matte foundation.

Doesn't compare to the old formula - disappointed

I expected the new formula to be a huge upgrade because surely if you're going to mess with the formula it can only be better? For me, it just isn't. The formula is thicker and I find I need to use more product to get the same coverage as the old provided. I have tried every primer, setting spray and powder combination and technique and I can't get the same level of oil control, I find after around 4 hours I'm looking super shiny and have lines around my nose/mouth and on my eyelids where the foundation has settled in and looks oily and cakey and starts to transfer if touched. Really disappointed and think product development need to reevaluate.
