High Impact Zero Gravity Mascara

A must have for humid situations!

My favorite mascara! I bought this mascara on a whim because it was on sale. As a healthcare worker still wearing face shield and N95s, I can only wear tubing mascaras at work because the humidity around my face inevitably causes all non-tubing mascaras to run. This is separating, lifting, lengthening and gives me great volume. Better than the Thrive mascara! The clincer is that it lasts all day without flaking or smearing under my eyes. I do wipe the excess off at the opening of the tube because it is a wetter formula.

This mascara pretty much checks all the boxes for me. It gives good length, decent volume, is very black, holds my curl, doesn’t clump and most importantly for me, doesn’t smudge. It’s a tubing mascara but instead of coming of in complete tubes like Blinc, it comes off with warm water with more fiber-like pieces. It’s not super dramatic but more dramatic because it gives more volume than say MAC Extended Play or Blinc which are lengthening, which makes it a winner for me as my lashes are short and thin. One tip: I think the brush works best and applies and holds the curl better if you use it with the c-curved side against your lashes instead of holding it like you would an eyelash curler. I prefer tubing mascara because otherwise everything smudges on me. I’ve tried a lot of tubing mascara and I’m pretty happy with this.

This mascara is nice on application but I find it didn’t hold a curl for me unfortunately. After a few hours looked kind of messy :(

It’s dry, doesn’t coat and really didn’t do anything. Super disappointed. Back to Blinc I go.
