goodbye dull dry tangled hair!

I have extremely dry, brittle, medium/thick, wavy hair and OH MY did this make a difference. after just my first use I woke up with silky hair with no tangles. to be clear, every morning I usually have to spend about 10 minutes working a brush through the tangles and dryness but with this it was super easy, even my boyfriend commented on how soft my hair felt. just to be clear, this won't repair your split ends or breakage overnight, but it makes a big difference in my confidence and how my hair feels on my neck. I really like this product :) does what it says on the tin ☺️

Made my hair sticky. Felt as though the product deposited a heavy residue onto the cuticle instead of deeply nourishing from within. I’ve been using masks and serums for years and there are so many more affordable options out there that outperform this one by a mile.

Didn't notice much of a difference

I used the Amika Midnight Mender Overnight Strength Repair Hair Treatment for just under a month, applying it once a week as part of my nighttime routine. I usually put my hair up in a satin scarf afterward to help lock everything in. The product itself has a nice scent and feels lightweight, but honestly, it was a bit thinner than I expected for a treatment that’s supposed to deeply repair and strengthen hair overnight. Each morning after using it, I didn’t really feel or see much of a difference in softness or strength like the product claims. My hair didn’t feel worse, but it also didn’t feel noticeably improved either. I hoped that with a few more uses I’d notice a change, but it never really happened. For the price, I just couldn’t justify keeping it. It might work better for a different hair type, but for me, it didn’t live up to the expectations or the cost. I love Amika as a brand, but this particular product was a miss. For reference, I have 3c-4a, low porosity, and coily hair.

Didn’t do anything much. I tried applying it but it just seemed to disappear and I didn’t see any difference the next day.

I really enjoyed the scent but didn’t find that it helped significantly with my frizz, which is mainly what I’m looking for in a hair serum. I do like the pump packaging and like amika as a hair care brand in general.

Good but expensive

This is a nice light cream texture that I like to put on second or third-day curls to soften them. Smells pleasant. A good product that I got for free to review, but honestly I probably wouldn’t purchase it for myself because I cannot justify the price (hence why 4 stars)

As someone with really dry hair, I love this product! It helps me seal in some moisture before bed while smelling great.

The smell is great! I enjoy adding to my hair before bed to seal it in and make it feel more protected. Have not noticed long term results yet but definitely helps smooth
