Thicc N Smooth - Eye Cream

the cream is fine but the packaging is terrible. either nothing comes out or so much comes out that I wind up putting it on my neck and forehead too. I was hopeful because I love all the other Fenty products I've tried.

This had the worst component ever. the cream itself is ok. It's thick and very moisturizing. You don't need very much at all. but seriously the packaging..... brutal. this flew out of my hand the first time I tried to use it. I would not repurchase, even at the sale price.

I concur with other reviewers. The packaging is such that it either dispenses very little or way too much. And it doesn’t come out nicely either. , rather, it blasts out of the top, often hitting either your clothing or your mirror!. Aside from all of that, it doesn’t really seem to do anything. Might as well just use Aquaphor or some cheap over-the-counter brand.

I'll start with the horrendous packaging! All of the reviews are correct in that the packaging, while great in theory, is horrible! When the bottom is twisted, either no product comes out or TONS of product spews out & so much is wasted! The product itself is very, VERY thick & also very, VERY moisturizing, which is a good thing as far as keeping the undereye hydrated & moisturized. However, no matter how little you use, this moisturizer pills & is a nightmare if you use it underneath makeup. I've started using this product only at night & only on days I do not wear any sort of makeup bc of the excessive pilling problem. It does do what it says it will do. It is hydrating. It does reduce the appearance of fine lines & wrinkles, but I definitely do not recommend trying to wear this underneath makeup. Sadly, I wouldn't recommend purchasing this until the packaging is redone, bc this packaging just results in a lot of wasted product. I do love this undereye moisturizer, but until the packaging is redone, I won't be repurchasing it, & I can't recommend it to others. There's much better packaging of equally amazing products out there where the product isn't wasted bc of faulty packaging.

Packaging underwhelming, the product is fine

Product dispensed weird. I love the twist concept for the lip mask, in fact, I prefer the Plush Puddin to the Laneige lip mask because the twist up method of product delivery feels more sanitary than the dumb little spatula thing Laneige gives you. The point I'm trying to make is that I'm not a twist up packaging hater, I just don't love it for this particular product. idk if it's a viscosity issue or what, but the cream just doesn't dispense as well as the lip mask does. anyway, the product itself is.... ok. This one wasn't a hit for me.

Abysmal packaging. Actual cream is okay.

While the eye cream is okay, nothing amazing about it, the packaging is beyond horrible. It uses a twisting and clicking mechanism, so one day, you'll have to twist it several clicks for any product to emerge, and another day, you'll click it once and 7 days worth of product comes squirting out. And there's no way to get it back in the bottle. Its inconvenient and wasteful. A hard pass from me to repurchase.

Great product. Bad packaging

I usually get milia around my eyes from eye cream but not this one 😀 It hydrates and leaves my eye area soft. I give it 4 stars because the way the product is dispensed out of the package es no bueno. After multiple twists, a long clump comes out. It is too much for one application. This is wasteful.

Gave me a rash

Started having an odd rash under my eyes and realized that the only thing I changed in my routine was this product. Not sure what ingredient did not agree with my skin but the rashes stopped as soon as I stopped using.

Found no difference

So many better eye creams out there. This did nothing and pump is weird

The packaging wastes the product - so annoying

The package is horrible, make no sense at all. Such a waste of money. Please read the reviews. The reviews on the packaging are true

Save your money

Didn’t do much for my dark and dry circles under my eye. I consistently got mila and styes when I used this product. Not for sensitive eyes. No difference in dark circles. Made my concealer crease. Packing is not the best, can’t control how much you get. .

Cute packaging - but it doesn’t work!

The eye cream is ok…I find it a bit greasy and not “cosmetically elegant” - which for the price, I’d have expected since there are several similarly-priced eye creams that are more pleasant to use. The packaging is horrible though - when I wind the cream up, without fail, it comes gushing out with a loud pop that goes everywhere. Let’s get away from form over function!!!
