Techniques to enhance the benefits
１．Pressing acupressure points
Press the following acupressure points to target dullness, dark circles and eye area fatigue.
① Gently press your ring, middle and index fingers on the 3 points beneath the eye.
② Shift your three fingers down by 2cm and gently press again.
③ Place your ring finger on the bone just outside the outer corner of the eye. With your middle and index fingers together, gently press the area.
２．Mimetic Muscle Exercise
After pressure point routine, perform this exercise to see even better results.
① Open your eyes wide for 5 seconds.
② Slowly close your eyes until they are almost closed and hold for 5 seconds.
