Banana Bright+ Eye Cream - Brightening Vitamin C Eye Cream

Didn’t see much of a difference

I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. I’ve tried a fair share of eye creams/treatments over the last 10+ years, and as I progress through my 30s I have found that I need something a little more powerful to address fine lines in addition to my typical dark circles. I’ve also found that I have some sensitivity in this area when using the wrong combination of products. I used this product for a little over a month. I didn’t have any bad reactions to this product when using it as part of my current routine. However, I also didn’t really notice a change in my under eyes - my fine lines are the same in my before and after pictures. My dark circles are slightly better but my priority is fine lines. I also didn’t notice any improved application in my concealer. For the price I will probably go back to my under eye products that I was using before this.

New formula caused allergic reaction

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I used this eye cream a couple years ago and it was fantastic! Apparently they changed the ingredients in 2022 and made the cream vegan and fragrance free, which is great, but also added a known allergen that can cause irritation. Unfortunately I am one of the many that did have a reaction. When I started using this eye cream I decided to test it only on one of my eye and continued with my old eye cream on the other. For just about a week this cream performed really well. Then the skin under this cream started to burn. I first thought maybe I scratched myself and now it is sensitive. But with every application it was getting worse and I started notice a dryness, redness, irritation and all that literally shrunk the skin almost like creating a wrinkle that wasn’t there. My other eye with the old eye cream was doing just fine. I immediately stopped using it and it got better in maybe three days. I tried to capture it on the photo but it is not as well seen as it was in the real life. I do not recommend this new formula.

Hydrating

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I like wearing this eye cream to bed since it doesn’t absorb as quickly as I’d like to be able to put makeup on after. It hydrated very well. I love the container.

Lovely

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I love the way this eye cream feels on the skin on the under eye area. Super silky and non greasy. Does a great job of brightening & I have noticed a difference in my dark circles on days that I use this! Super fresh and smells so, so good.

It does the job

This has helped me lighten my under eyes so easily. I dont feel like it can work miracles but it did all I hoped it could. I appreciate the scent and love that it doesnt leave me feeling greasy

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] A little dab goes a long way and makes a big difference. This is absolutely making me look more bright eyed and younger. It doesn’t irritate my skin and I can use it morning and night. New staple in my routine!

Smooth and easy to apply

I love how it makes my delicate eye area feel after usem it absorbs beautifully, no cabinets or settling. It out performs any eye cream I've ever used. Its a butter consistency that smooth, repairs and hydrates.

I received this product free for reviewing purposes. I love this cream for in the morning to help my eyes look bright and refreshed! It is super lightweight, and a little bit goes a long way. I've been using it daily and definitely notice a difference with my eyes looking more awake.

A great way to add more vitamin C to my routine

It’s a very smooth eye cream that does make my undereyes look hydrated and refreshed. I like that it has vitamin C because it’s an active ingredient that I find very effective, and it wears well under my makeup too!

Hello bright under eye!

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I was excited to receive this product! I’ve previously used this banana bright eye cream and forgot how good it is! It absolutely hydrates and brightens my under eye area. I love applying in the morning and before make up application. It’s thin and easy to apply + doesn’t leave any sticky residue feeling. I’m really loving this again!

Decent under eye cream

I did receive this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion. [I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Overall I do like the product. I don’t struggle with dark under eyes so I have no idea if it actually helps with that, but I am developing some baby crows feet and wrinkles under my eyes from aging. When I consistently wear the product, it does seem to help minimize the fine lines a bit better. It obviously doesn’t eliminate them but does make them less noticeable. The texture is very interesting, in a good way. It’s very light and airy. A little definitely goes a long way so it doesn’t bother me that the container is small. I think it’ll last a very long time, so it’s decent for the price point. The small container however does make it very travel friendly.
