[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I wanted to love this one, it’s bright, creamy, and feels nice going on. But honestly, it didn’t do much beyond basic hydration for me. The texture is smooth and it sits well under makeup, which I liked, but I didn’t notice a big difference in brightness or dark circles. It’s not bad at all, just not a “wow” product. More like a solid everyday eye cream if you don’t expect miracles.

Brightens Eyes and Clean Ingredients

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] The Ole Henriksen Banana Bright Eye Cream decreased the dark spots under my eyes tremendously. The consistency is very smooth and a little goes a long way. The texture is very smooth and it’s clean ingredients for your skin.

Brightening, but not a miracle

I really like the lightweight texture of this eye cream — it absorbs quickly, doesn’t feel greasy, and layers nicely under makeup. It gives my under-eyes a subtle brightening effect, and my concealer applies more smoothly over it. It definitely makes my eyes feel hydrated and refreshed in the morning, but it’s not a dramatic brightening solution for dark circles — more of a gentle everyday pick-me-up. A little goes a long way, and I’ve noticed my under-eyes look healthier over time.

Nice hydration but no visible brightening

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I really wanted this eye cream to brighten my undereyes, so I took before and after photos while using it to see if there was any real change. The texture is nice, lightweight, smooth, and it absorbs well without pilling. It definitely adds hydration, and my undereye looked a little softer and more moisturized in the “after” photo. But in terms of actual brightening, I didn’t see a difference. My dark area looks basically the same in both photos. The formula sits perfectly fine under concealer, so no complaints there, but I was hoping for more visible results given the hype. Overall, it’s not a bad product, just not a transformative one. Good for hydration, not great if you’re expecting noticeable brightening. Solid 3 stars from me.

I’m not quite sure about the lasting strength, but that could be due to not putting makeup over it. It’s a very thick cream and feels a little oily. It does not smell like bananas :)

Something that’s suppose to make my eyes better just made it 10x worse .. only used it once a day for two days and it’s swollen , red , irritated, blistered, sensitive and my skin feels weird like it’s burned something

Holy grail 💫✨

I want to NOT love this product because of the price point. But it’s an amazing eye cream. Holy grail for me. Based on other reviews, I was worried about potential skin reactions (my skin can be sensitive) but I’ve been using this eye cream for about a year with no skin reactions whatsoever. It makes a noticeable difference in dark circles, helps smooth out wrinkles, super hydrating, and leaves the under eye area brighter and slightly glowy. Helps make me look more awake whether I put makeup on over it or not — and if I do put makeup on, it applies smoothly over this eye cream, no pilling or other issues. I’ve tried many other eye creams and keep coming back to this one. Highly recommend.

I tried it and I like the texture but I did not feel a huge difference. I did not have a reaction, but did feel a little tingling

Caused Eczema

was super excited to try this product. I saw the reviews about others having allergic reactions so I did a bit more research and found they had re-formulated the product, so I bought it hoping it would be good however it caused me to have an eczema breakout so I had to return it.ggooUnfortunately I was wrong.
