Stinky smelling

This might be the worst cleansing oil I’ve ever tried in my life. It smells rancid and doesn’t take makeup off.

Smells awful

I wanted to love this product so much because of the price but the smell doesn’t do any justice. It smells awful. The scent lingers on the face. It also burns my eyes so bad

Nope, don't do it

When I was about pre-K-aged, my grandmother gave me a jar in which to catch ladybugs in her back year. I forgot about them in her shed and didn't return until the following weekend. This going to sound so strange, but this cleansing oil smells *exactly* like it did when I opened that jar a week later! It's got to be something about how the strongest memories are attached to smell. So, needless to say, my reaction to the cleansing oil was pure revulsion . . . and sadness. Kind of funny, . . . but ulttimately just gross. Even so, I pushed myself to try it on my face, reasoning it might smell different once I rubbed it around and water came into the mix. Nope. Still smelled nasty AND it left a filmy feeling on my skin. I tried, people. I really tried. Sorry, Sephora, but you can do better. This is on its way back to you. (To be clear: this is a zero-star rating. It can't be submitted without a star though.)

Reformulate w/out fragrance pls!

This could be so great but the fragrance is so strong. I used it 40 minutes ago and my eyes are still burning/tearing (I have super sensitive eyes and skin). 2 stars because it felt really nice and left no greasy film, and took off all my makeup

Nice addition to my skincare routine.

I have used this product two to three times a week. I like the feel and subtle fragrance. It easily removes makeup and I also use it on my eyes to remove mascara with no burning. I thought it would be more milky after adding water to my face. Not a game killer as it works as expected.

Works great!!!

I normally use a cleansing balm but this cleansing oil works amazing. It took off all my makeup including the mascara, which is usually pretty stubborn, with ease. A little goes a really long way and the bottle is a decent size so it’s going to last a while. I will definitely be purchasing this product in the future!

Clean and rinses easily

I loved this Cleanser it has a smooth consistency and lasts a long time because a little bit goes a long way. I love that it does not co tribute to greasy skin but keeps my skin moisturized. With the cleanser being oil based it felt extra moisturizing and calming. My face and neck felt clean but not tight or greasy after using. It helped remove residual mascara and was easy to rinse clean. I didn’t have to use a ton of product so this bottle will last a long time. I liked the pump dispenser as well, no additional tops to drop in the shower. Also, I hate products where you have to dip your finger in so I appreciated the pump. I will be purchasing when it runs out.

I’m so let down Sephora!!

This cleansing oil is very gentle on my skin all while effectively removing everything on my face without stripping my skin of its natural oils. This cleansing oil never leaves my skin feeling greasy or oily. A little bit goes a long way. This cleansing oil suds up easily with water and cleans my face so well of all makeup. Even mascara doesn’t stand a chance with this cleansing oil. I used to use makeup remover and face wash just to remove the makeup on my face, but with this cleansing oil I only need to use one product! I love the scent of this cleansing oil and it’s not overwhelming at all. I think the best part is that it’s not at all expensive which always makes me happy!

Best cleansing oil!

This cleansing oil gently but effectively removes everything without stripping your skin. This is the first time I had tried cleansing oil. I always used cleanser and makeup remover to clean my makeup. The packaging is nice and simple. It is very easy to use. This cleaning oil is very gentle to my skin and my skin doesn't feel stretchy, the skin is not at all oily too. I use just a little bit and gently rub it on my face. This cleansing oil emulsify well with water and easily remove the mascara too which is usually very hard to remove and makeup remover usually doesn't work great for that mascara. The cleansing oil has slightly but pleasant fragrance which I like it alot. The oil doesn't create any foam and no residue in sink. The best part is that it is not heavy to my pocket means it is not expensive. I highly recommend this cleaning oil and I will buy it again.
