Olaplex No 5. Is extremely drying

This product was provided for promotional purposes in exchange for my honest review: The Olaplex No.5 Fine Bond Maintenance Conditioner for fine hair also fell short of my expectations. I paired it with the matching shampoo, hoping the conditioner would add back moisture and leave my hair feeling soft, but that just wasn’t the case. Right after rinsing, my hair didn’t feel overly dry, but as my hair dried and I went about my day, I noticed that my ends especially started to feel a bit rough and frizzy. This is out of the ordinary for me—my hair usually lays flat and smooth, but something about this formula just didn’t work for me. I appreciate that the conditioner didn’t weigh my hair down and did help maintain the volume, but it seemed to come at the cost of hydration. For such a hyped-up brand, I was really hoping for a noticeable difference in the health and look of my hair, but I actually felt more self-conscious about the frizz. If you’re looking for volume and a lightweight feel, you might like this, but if you need any kind of real moisture or frizz control, you’ll probably end up disappointed like I was.

I really liked the conditioner !! I just think it needs to moisturize a bit more but I really liked the smell of the conditioner. Pretty decent conditioner and non sticky like other conditioners.

Leaves hair dry and limp

Used this with the number 4 maintenance shampoo and did nothing but make my hair feel dry and limp. It was awful.

I received a sample of this. I wanted to see what all the hype was about with this company and repairing hair. It didn’t sud and lather as easily as other shampoos. With the one time use though, I def noticed less fly away.

It has BHT

Don’t buy! It has BHT and it’s very bad for your health.
