Smell and quality has changed

What happened to this shampoo?! The last one I bought smelled like heavy chemicals and the quality has also changed. My hair got greasy after 1 day only. I have been using this product for years and I know what it should be like and this product has definitely changed. I don’t know if my one was from a bad batch or it’s been changed permanently but I cannot buy this product again which is such a shame as this shampoo used to be the best one for oily roots I have used. I will have to use a different one - Bain Pelliculaire seems a good choice so far.

Fairly happy with this product, not blown away with it for the price though really, probably would try a different one next time. Scent is lovely though

Great Product

Very good product, managed to control the oil production of my hair. To see good results requires patience and correct usage.

This shampoo did wonders to my hair

This shampoo is so good for oily scalp. It helps to cleanse the scalp deposits and also balance the overall hair texture for the entire day. As I wash my hair every day, I can only speak for 24hrs! Overall this shampoo makes my hair look better and soft.

I have really oily scalp and dandruff i was trying different shampoos but didn’t workout . Though this is on the expensive side i thought i would give it a try . It cleanses well and makes my hair soft . I’m gonna purchase it again for sure !!

Not happy

I have used this shampoo twice but I’m really not impressed with the results. It increased my hairfall and brought no such difference in controlling oil only a slight oil control which is really not good. And I am unable to find any option to refund or return item.

Great but doesnt last long on thick long hair

My mum bought this for me around 2 and a bit weeks ago. I have long, thick hair but it gets greasy after around 2-3 days. This shampoo is pricey but absolutely AMAZING!!! My hair feels so soft, not static, and I can go up to 4 DAYS before it is greasy. I wish it came in 500ml aswell, because those last me a good 1 1/2 months. This will be an every now and then shampoo I think sadly because of the price, but if you are able to afford it, I can’t recommend it more.

Turned lowlights green

I used to love this shampoo because I could go a whole week without washing my hair. However, I recently dyed my hair brown and have lowlights. After using this shampoo, my lowlights are now green. I will not be repurchasing or finishing the bottle.

Dissapointing experience with the sampoo

The shampoo did not help at all with the oiliness of my hair. On the contrary, many times after washing, my hair remained greasy in certain areas. I have been using it for a month now and haven’t seen any positive results. I am very disappointed because I had high expectations from a shampoo made by this company.

Leaves hair even oilier than other shampoos

Id finally tried Kerastase as for years I’d been wanting to. I picked this shampoo as it sounded like it’d be everything I was looking for, but my scalp is left itchy which I’ve never had, and my hair is oily 2 days after washing whereas with other shampoos, I can go 3+ days without this level of grease. Quite disappointed as I really wanted to make Kerasrase my usual hair care brand. I’ve been using the Elixir Ultime as well and that’s ok.

Great shampoo

Okay, but the smell…

It somewhat helps with the oily roots, definitely dries out the ends and the fragrance is really not great. Honestly I find that it smells kind of bad!
