Velvety soft - the perfect nude!

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This is my second experience with YSL lip products and, again, I’ve been left seriously impressed. It’s probably the nicest lip product I’ve ever used, including luxury brands! It goes on so creamy, but dries down to be velvety soft; I know I shouldn’t, but I can’t help but press my lips together because it just feels so nice on! It has also has great staying power and I didn’t find myself needing to reapply as often as I do with other products. These lippies come in a variety of different nudes to complement a wide range of skin tones! I chose the color 44 - Nude Lavalliere. For reference, I have light skin with cool undertones, blue eyes, and dark hair. It’s definitely pigmented, but also doesn’t look too formal if I wear it out and about running errands. I’d say it’s the perfect nice to accompany both day and night looks. Please make these in more shades! The formula is seriously awesome!

beautiful soft blurring effect

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This lip product truly does what it says it does - it gives a beautiful soft blurred and blotted flush to the lip. The shade nude lavaliere is the most perfect cool pink shade and creates such a pretty natural look. Although it is a different shade than the old voluptu-shine shade with the same name (this one is much more pink and rosey, while the old nude lavaliere voluptu shine is more of a subtle nude). The color isn’t super long lasting, so you’ll need to reapply somewhat often. It also has a subtle raspberry scent/flavor. Removal is easy and it doesn’t stain your lips, as this is not a long wearing product.

Cute everyday simple lip

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Great broad spectrum “your lips but better” nude pink. The texture is very balmy and comfortable on the lips. Packaging is very luxe and girly in the pink/silver with the ysl logo.

Lovely light lip

I received this product in exchange for my honest review. Love this new lipstick from YSL the texture is so smooth it just glides on. It feels very light and not heavy at all. It has good coverage but leaves a very natural look. I loved it in combination with the lip liner too. It does transfer easily though.

Disappointing, drugstore way better

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] If I got this lipstick from L’Oréal or Maybelline I’d be disappointed. I think the drugstore outperforms this luxury lipstick and I’m used to those formulas doing great things. The color is nice but it’s got a silicone heavy slippy feel that looks drying and emphasizes texture. It also swatches and applies patchy. Doesn’t last and leaves behind product in the cracks of your lips. The drugstore is way better as well as doesn’t rob you.

Blurs, good color pay off ~ need prepped lips

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I like this product, but it’s tough for any dry lips girlies. Packaging, and color pay off… perfection. It truly blurs lips and makes them appear more youthful, but it does look better on my lips if you’re looking at them from at least an arms length away. Having said that, if you can take some time to give those lippies a nice scrub prior, I think you’d be quite pleased! Overall, it’s a good lip product and I feel so cute pulling out this gorgeous lip blusher from my bag. [I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review]

Perfect lip color!

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I’m usually not a big fan of lipsticks, especially matte ones, because they always seem a bit drying on my lips. But this one isn’t drying at all! It feels very soft and almost like a lip balm. I got shade 44, Nude Lavallière, and it’s the perfect everyday lip color. It also smells really good.

So luxurious and pretty

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This lipstick is so luxurious! I’ve always wanted something with the iconic YSL packaging and this is perfect. I love the baby pink color of the tube. The product applied very well and feels very hydrating on my lips!

New luxury packaging with natural daily finish

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I have been using this new lips blusher lately and i do feel it is one of my necessary item in my daily life. The packaging is beautiful with appealing design. The package has a glossy mirror on top and a matte prink on the bottom which create detail for just an appearance. The packaging bottom color matches the finish color of this lipstick. The texture is not oily or shiny, it does not feel sticky as so many lipsticks that i have used. This glides smoothly on my skin/lip and has a very soft and light feeling. This item can easily carry in the bag and would be great for daily basis routine or workplace but not appealing enough for party or event where the bold/dark color could be more. The scent is mild or not even recognizable but i do smell a hint of rose or candy, this is very nice scent for me. The nude pink color is close match to my natural lip color so i prefer using it as a part of my daily look. There are many good points about this item but there is a minus, this lipstick is easy to remove , if i wash my lips, the color lost quickly or if i eat or drink anything, the structure is easy to fade. It is suitable for basic daily look but not for event or party.

Beautiful, blurring lipstick

Absolutely gorgeous lipstick. It applies very smoothly and has a hydrating effect. It feels somewhat like a balm and is truly blurring if applied correctly. I have the color lavallière which leans more mauve on my light olive skin tone. Fragrance is nice and light. Longevity of wear is approximately 3-4 hours. The packaging is beautiful. Will be purchasing espresso next.

Beautiful and Blurring

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] The new YSL Lip Blusher is a gorgeous soft blurring lip color that is perfect in any collection for a lip combo lover. While using the lip blusher I loved to experiment with various lip liners and glosses and the product stayed stunning. It stays on the lips well and does not make your lips look dry and caked. The formula is natural looking without looking like matte formulas of the 2000s. Although I love a glossy finish this is equally beautiful and good for windy days where you don’t want your hair sticking to your lips. I think that the Nude Lavaliere color is a little lighter in this formula compared to other ones but can easily be deepened with a lip liner. At the end of the day, removal is easy with my usual double cleanse. I would definitely purchase more of this product in the future.
