Bright and colourful

This product grabs my attention straight away with the bright colours and the 60s vibes, it stands out, the smell of the product is pleasant and it’s easy to use, I fount the mist very light so struggling to know if the product was actually applied, but found it did help with Detangling my very long hair. It works well on damp and dry hair and also protects your hair from heat.

Such a gorgeous hair product! I rave about Amika but this one is my new favourite! Smells gorgeous leaves your hair feeling so soft and easy to detangle!

Love love love the scent of this detangler, you can really feel the difference once you have combed through your hair, leaving it feeling smooth, love the vibrant packaging as it it is easy to spot on the shelves, my daughter also uses this on her thick hair

Absolutely loved this product, it's smells gorgeous and it leaves mine and my daughters hair tangle free. The packaging is great with the lock on the trigger so when taking it away in your bag it doesn't spray accidentally.

Put "The Wizard" to the ultimate test on my daughter's notoriously tangled hair, and it absolutely lived up to its name. A few sprays and the brush glided through with no fuss and, most importantly, no tears! The texture is a super-lightweight mist, not sticky at all, and it has a really pleasant, fresh scent. For the effectiveness alone, it’s worth every penny. The packaging is bright, fun, and the spray nozzle works great. It made styling her hair easier as my fingers glided through her hair. But it also kind of made the hair bands and hair fall out if not tightly put together. But I would take that over the ease of detangling her hair.

If you’re looking for a lightweight, multi tasking

I’ve been using the Amika Wizard Silicone-Free Detangling Primer for a little while now, and I’m honestly impressed. First off, it smells amazing—fresh and salon-like without being overpowering. The texture is super lightweight, so it doesn’t weigh my hair down or leave any greasy feeling, which I really appreciate since my hair can get flat easily. As a detangler, it works beautifully. After spraying it in, my brush glides through knots with much less tugging, which makes styling a lot quicker and way less frustrating. I also like that it’s silicone-free, so it feels a bit “cleaner” and doesn’t build up on my strands. On top of that, it gives a nice boost of shine and a smooth finish, almost like I’ve just had a blowout. The only downside is that it’s a tiny little pricey for a primer, but honestly, a little goes a long way, so the bottle lasts longer than I expected. For me, it’s worth it because it cuts down on frizz, protects from heat, and makes my hair feel healthier overall. If you’re looking for a lightweight, multi tasking primer that detangles, protects, and smells divine—this one is definitely worth trying.

Smells great, and it's works great to. My daughters hair is always full of knots and very hard to brush, couple of sprays of this and managed to get a brush through her hair easily

Worked well for me

I found this product very good. I love that it is a detangling spray as well as a heat protectant as well, I found it worked well on my hair. Slightly more on the high price side. I like the bold colourful packaging of the bottle

Smells great works well

This detangling spray is great. It smells very nice and works well getting those knots out. As someone with frizzy hair this has made brushing so much easier! Packaging is lovely too I will be purchasing this going foward

Useful multitasker for great hair

I am impressed with Amika The Wizard, it is a useful addition to my hair products as it does more than one job. First it detangles hair making it much easier to comb through when it is damp so you are much less likely to damage your hair. It is also an effective heat protector up to 450 degrees and it cuts down the time it takes to dry your hair too. All you need to do is spry this lightly on to damp hair, not too much as it can make your hair feel oily, and comb through. The pack is easy to use, looks fab and will last ages as you only need a light spritz of The Wizard. This leaves my hair looking frizz free and sleek so I would definitely recommend it.

Good

I've tried this product on both my daughter and myself. It has excellent ingredients, and it's exceptional on my daughter. It's also good on my hair, but I've noticed that since my hair is greasy, it's already quite oily the next day.

Love the smell!

The Amika Wizard Silicone-Free Detangling Primer is brilliant! It makes my hair so much easier to brush through without weighing it down. My hair feels soft, light, and looks really healthy. Plus, it smells amazing. A little goes a long way, so the bottle lasts ages – definitely a new staple in my routine.
